What days should I arrive/leave?

It’s completely up to you! We will be arriving on the Wednesday before the wedding, and leaving for our honeymoon on Monday. Some of our family and friends plan to do a full week to make a holiday out of it, others plan to arrive on Thursday/Friday and leave on Monday morning. Please check the flight times as there are often only 1 or 2 flights per day from London into Palermo and vice versa.

Any footwear recommendations?

The ground is very uneven in parts, so we would recommend you don’t wear stilettos. There is space for bags so bring along a change of shoes for dancing if you plan to throw some serious shapes.

Should I bring a jacket or shawl?

If all things go to plan, the temperature should be mid 20s for the event, however note that we are sitting outside for dinner, and the wind can pick up by the sea, so we would recommend a shawl or cardigan as a just-in-case. Let’s hope we don’t need it! We will have a cloakroom on site, so you are welcome to bring a bag with alternative footwear and clothing.

Are children invited?

We are excited to have your little ones at our event! Please let us know in your RSVP if you plan to bring them.  Our only ask is that you are conscious of disruptions during the ceremony and kindly slip out if there are any issues.

Can I park on-site if I have a car?

The venue does have some parking but we advise using the bus shuttles as the roads are steep and vendors may park you in!
